after dozens of trips around the world and several years of running a thriving home rental startup, a dream has sprouted in me. this year it has become a reality. from the first idea, through the creation of a prototype, then a new design, cooperation with investors and an architect, a floating house was created, to which I cordially invite you!

the Water Hideout is located in a densely forested and beautiful natural region. the work of the Polish architect was invented in such a way as to fit into the beautiful natural environment and at the same time disturb it as little as possible. happy residents of the house can rest at their best. the closeness of nature, water equipment and high comfort of living will make one want to come back here again and again.

The space

all the property on water, as well as a space on land, is at your disposal. a master floor has been finished with a white and grey colour palette with many wooden elements for a modern, cosy and minimalist appearance. it offers 54 m2 of comfy living space that contains two bedrooms with vast wardrobes, a spick-and-span bathroom, an airy kitchen with dining space and a fabulous lounge with a great sofa that converts into a double bed. the glass walls of the living room allow you to get the most out of what is most valuable here - the views of beautiful nature.

sliding glass doors open out to the wraparound deck with hammocks and hanging armchairs. openwork partitions of wood are enfolded by reeds making it a perfect place to enjoy the jaw-dropping views of surrounding nature. sit here for moments in silence and you may observe rare wild birds (such as kingfishers, grey herons, tawny owls, scales and cormorants) and aquatic animals: ducks and beavers among others.

once you get satiated with chilling out in a hammock we invite you to some water activities! visiting the area on SUPs or a kayak is one of the best opportunities to observe the wildlife in a soothing companion to the sounds of water. we also encourage you to take walks in the nearby lush forests (you can see deer, roe deer, and wild boars) and villages to see how the life of local residents flows here.

coming back to the Water Hideout, its 40 m2 roof with wooden terrace opens onto breathtaking lakefront views. this level, which boasts two outdoor sofas, a large dining table, a grill, plenty of countertop space to prepare food and lovely lighting above, is a perfect private spot to escape to after a long day on the water. there is room for yoga, training, board games, barbecue or dancing to the music.

on solid ground, the front yard of the property offers a boho dining area with a place for a bonfire with a grill. in the warmer evenings, nothing welcomes quite like feasting by the fire in the great outdoors. sharing meals in the open air and entertaining under the stars is the perfect way to make the most of a social gathering.

this floating off-grid home showcases just how stunning life on the water can be. featuring proximity to nature, water equipment and the comfort of a 5-star hotel will make you want to pack your bags and live life on the water.

Interaction with guests

on a daily basis, I do not live in Nowa Wieś Zbąska, but in Zielona Góra, Berlin, Wrocław, Warsaw or Granada. seriously, this is my life, for about a year I have been running alternately between the above-mentioned cities. a trip to the vineyard, a boat trip or you need a guide in the nearby areas, everything can be organized :)

Other things to note

note that you are staying in a Floating Home, so water is literally all around you. try to keep that in mind and don't lose your belongings in the water as most likely you will not be able to get them back. note also that you are in the middle of beautiful nature. please, respect the environment around you and throw your rubbish in the bin exclusively.
