The space

This brand new exlusive apartment has been designed to ensure the maximum comfort of its guests. Design features include modern wooden furniture, soft pink colours and floral patterns for a relaxing feeling.

The place consists of a spacious living room and dining area, kitchen, balcony, 2 separate bedrooms (each with a private bathroom equipped with sound systems) and 2 separate toilets in the corridor. The common room has access to a balcony, overlooking the buzzing Vitosha boulevard – your best spot for a morning coffee, literally having the liveliest street in town below your feet and a view toward Vitosha mountain. Don't worry about noise at night - the apartment is high up on the 5th floor.

In the living room you will find a spacious sofa bed that comfortably sleeps 2 adults, a coffee table and dining area to gather the whole family or friends for a proper dinner at home. With Flat-screen Ultra HD TV coming with Cable and premium channels like HBO and Netflix service and the fastest Airbnb Wi-Fi you’ve come across so far – up to 300 mbps speed and 5 GHz network, the living room will turn into your favorite part of the apartment and your best choice for evening entertainment if you decide to stay home for the night. We wanted to take the next step when it comes to home entertainment so we've installed a High Quality Sound System in the living room to enjoy your favorite movies and shows with premium sound!

There is a fully-equipped kitchen including a fridge, oven, stove, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, kitchenware, cutlery and spices – everything! Well… you will just need to add the ingredients. Gather everybody at the dining table to share the delicious moments of joy.

The apartment comes with two separate bedrooms – a Master bedroom with a Queen bed for 2 and another bedroom with two large Single beds. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom with shower and sink. Here comes the best part – the bathrooms have dedicated Bluetooth Audio systems so you can connect your smartphone and listen to your favorite Spotify playlist while taking a shower! Cool, huh?

Bedrooms have fully darkening curtains for a comfy sleep, mirrors, wardrobe, nightstands and night lamps. Check the storage spaces for extra sheets and towels, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. There are also international power sockets around the apartment in case you forgot your socket-switch (happens 50% of the time, right?). Fresh bed linen and clean towels are provided for each stay and every guest.

There are two separate toilets with sinks in the corridor, regularly supplied with free toiletries like soap, shampoo and toilet paper.

For heating and cooling we have installed Air Conditioning in every room.

You will have full access to the whole apartment.

• Parking on the streets in the area is paid.
• The apartment is supplied with bed linens, towels and hotel cosmetics.
• Baby crib is available upon request.
• The apartment is on a residential building but has an elevator which is TEMPORARILY OUT OF SERVICE.
