Communication with the hosts

We give our guests full privacy although we are always available either by phone, text or in the app itself if anything is needed.

We supply our guests with an online concierge system which we developed, to help you make the most of Cardiff, from our restaurant selections to Michelin Star restaurants, and the best museums to visit and plays to watch.

Due to the current pandemic, Pre-arrival, we will ask all guests to complete an online check in form and we will require a follow up on health from our previous guests.

We try to make your trip as bespoke as possible, and we are always here to help you.

Don't forget to check your guest area, we have tried to offer you a nice way to explore the city! ID required to check in!

Make sure to inspect the unique decor spread across the loft. It tells the tale of all travels and places of the world the owners have lived before. Hats came from Finland, masks from Uganda, carpets from Brazil... Let us know which piece you liked the most.

The unique loft experience comes with the small price of having to duck when getting into the bed on the second duplex floor. Make sure to mind your head. It's worth it for the experience!

Once booked you receive a self-check-in form, which requires you to scan your ID and credit card, pre-authorise a security deposit and sign terms and conditions. After this info is processed your access codes are released and you can access the property via a lockbox.
