The apartment's layout consists of 1 bedroom, a common area (living room and kitchen combined), one balcony, and one bathroom.

The common area provides:
• sofa bed for 2 people
• TV with cable channels
• AC
• exit to balcony (2 chairs and a table)

The kitchen area is equipped with:
• dining area (kitchen table for 4)
• mini-fridge, oven and stoves
• dishwasher
• washing machine
• coffee machine (Dolce Gusto with capsules)

The bedroom has:
• comfortable queen-sized bed
• wardrobe with mirror
• sheer curtains
• night stands with lights
• access to balcony

Guest access

You will have access to the whole apartment.

Other things to note

• M&G: We're available to greet you at any time, though a 10€ late check-in fee applies after 10 PM.
• Parking in front of the complex is free, but we cannot reserve spaces.
• The apartment is supplied with bed linens, towels, and hotel cosmetics.
• Apartment located on the 6th floor, with an elevator or steps.
• Baby crib is available upon request, with an extra charge of 20€ / stay
• The pool is seasonal and opens in mid-June until the end of September.
