The apartment consists of one bedroom, one living room, one kitchen, a hallway, and a bathroom.

The bedroom includes:
• a brand new queen size memory foam bed;
• a spacious drawer for your clothes;
• a mirror to confirm you look great : )
• big windows overlooking the building’s garden;
• a bedside table with a night lamp;
• an electric heater;
• cute flower decoration.

The living room includes:
• a large extendable sofa that comfortably sleeps 2 people;
• a big Sony TV screen with cable TV;
• a library with books waiting for you - in English & Bulgarian;
• a big work table;
• a comfortable work chair;
• a DELL monitor to plug your laptop to - with an HDMI cable;
• an AC for hot and cold;
• an electric heater;
• a left-handed acoustic guitar - for decoration, but feel free to play it if you can;
• a dolphin artwork on the wall - because this is Brainy Dolphin Home : )
• beautiful flower decoration.

The kitchen includes:
• a big fridge with a freezer;
• an oven with 4 stoves;
• a Nespreso coffee machine with capsules;
• an electric kettle;
• a washing machine;
• a dishwasher;
• dining plates;
• cups & glasses;
• an AC for hot and cold;
• an electric heater;
• unique artwork on the walls;
• all kitchen utensils necessary for your cooking;
• iron and ironing board.

The bathroom is fully equipped with a shower cabin, a washing sink with a mirror, and a toilet. The hallway has a very big wardrobe with hangers for all your clothes and belongings.

Guest access

You will have access to the entire apartment.
