The space

This is a brand new apartment and consists of an open-space living room, dining room and kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom.

The common room is furnished with:
• a comfortable sofa;
• TV with cable channels;
• dining area for 4.

In the kitchen you will find:
• fridge, oven and stoves;
• coffee machine and electric kettle;
• microwave and toaster;
• dishwasher;

The first bedroom is separated from the common room with folding door and have:
• a queen-sized bed;
• big wardrobe;
• nightstands.

The second bedroom have:
• a queen-sized loft bed;
• dedicated workspace;
• wardrobe;
• AC - temporarily NOT working
• reading/rest area;

The bathroom is fully equipped with walk-in shower, toilet and washing sink.

Guest access

Guests will have access to the entire property.

Other things to note

• Parking on the streets in the area is paid - Blue Zone.
• The apartment is supplied with bed linens, towels and hotel cosmetics.
• Apartment located on the ground floor. Easily accessible with just a few steps.
• Baby crib is available upon request for 20 EUR/stay.
• The air conditionar in the small bedroom is temporarily out of service.
