From the living room you have access to a nice balcony with a table and two chairs.

• washing machine and dishwasher;

• water filter for constant great quality drinking/potable water;
• dining counter with chairs.

In order to reach the bedroom you need to climb a few stairs. The bedroom boasts:
• comfortable queen-size bed;
• smart TV;
• big wardrobe.

There is a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink with a big mirror and toilet with bidet.

Guest access

You will have access to the entire apartment.
