The space

The space layout consists of a corridor, spacious living room with an open-plan kitchen, bedroom, bathroom + 1 separate toilet space. Not to forget the cozy terrace where you can have your morning coffee or a nice meal.

In the corridor, you will find a shoe rack.

The living room features:
• seating area- a couch with two stools;
• small table;
• flat-screen TV;
• AC.

The kitchen is part of the living room and is fully equipped. It provides:
• microwave;
• aspirator;
• fridge;
• shaker;
• oven & hot plates;
• coffee machine;
• all kind of kitchenware- plates, forks, knives, glasses.

The bedroom boasts a:
• one comfortable double bed;
• wardrobe with hangers & extra bed sheets in it;
• vacuum cleaner;
• AC.

On the terrace you will find a drying rack & metal shelves with cleaning supplies .

The stylish bathroom features a shower, bathroom cabinet with a sink and a toilet and a washing machine. In the additional toilet space, you will find a toilet and a sink with a mirror.

Guest access

Guests will have access to the entire property.

• Parking on the street in the area is paid - Blue Zone.
• Apartment located on the 3rd floor - no elevator.
• The apartment is supplied with bed linens, towels and hotel cosmetics.
