Hi, my name is Jess! Over the past few years, I transformed my lifelong passion for traveling into a nomadic lifestyle. Being open to life experiences that feel authentic vs. merely following the status quo has has resulted in paving my own way – which I like to call “The Road Jess Traveled.” (aka the name of my blog!)
As fun as it is to collect passport stamps and check off a bucket list, I really believe that the core of traveling is about learning, growing, and expanding from the inside out. More than anything, I love to help inspire others to realize that they can tap into their full potential and that it is absolutely possible for their dreams to come true, too.
Everyone thinks that to live your best “Mamma Mia life” you have to go to Greece… but what they don’t know is that Mamma Mia: Here We Go Again was actually filmed in Croatia.
Visiting Mamma Mia filming locations is what originally drew me to this alluring country, but what solidified Croatia as a top favorite was everything else it had to offer. When you “home base” your stay in Split, you are at the perfect hub to get transportation to all of the major sights. Whether you’re a national parks goer, history seeker, or island hopper – Split is right in the middle of the action.
Then when you transition over to Dubrovnik, you’ll feel like you’re in an adult playground! This walled city may be recognizable for Game of Thrones fans, as it was the backdrop of Kings Landing. Between the mind blowing views, unique food and drink locations, and all of the fun activities, Dubrovnik is definitely a place you must visit!
I truly believe Croatia is a destination everyone should see in their lifetime, and it’s quite underrated, which is why I felt so compelled to choose these locations for this bundle!
