The space

Stylish and trendy city apartment close to Mall Markovo Tepe /with market, pharmacy, cinema, fast food restaurants, shopping and entertainment center/. All the points of interest are at a walking distance from the apartment.

The apartment is newly renovated and offers you everything you need for a pleasant short- or long term visit in Plovdiv. Air conditioning and TV in each room. Free WiFi, washing machine, iron and ironing board and a hairdryer. Fresh and clean bed linen and towels will be provided. Basic toiletries are also on the house (soap, shampoo, toilet paper).

Entering the apartment you will see the washing machine, bathroom with shower and separate toilet room and the doors leading to the other compartments.

The living room is spacious and bright and has a large corner sofa (that turns into bed and can comfortably sleep even 2 people!), flat-screen TV with Netflix installed, coffee table and more. We have been very carefully picking the decoration and design to create a pleasant and relaxing ambiance for you! :)

Connected to the common room is the fully-equipped kitchen (oven, stove, fridge, coffee machine, kettle, microwave, kitchenware - EVERYTHING!) and the dining area.

The Master bedroom has a large Queen bed for 2, TV on the wall and access to a lovely terrace with chairs and table to enjoy your morning coffee in the sun. Check inside the wardrobe for some cleaning essentials, like iron, iron, board, clothes dryer, hairdryer and more.

The other bedroom has 2 Single beds, A/C, TV, wardrobe and also access to the balcony. There is a desk with chairs if you need to do some work (not advisable when on vacation!)

Please, keep in mind that the flat is on the 3rd floor without an elevator.

The whole apartment will be available for your stay.

Interaction with guests

I and my co-host won't be at the apartment during your stay, but we are always available if you have any questions regarding your stay or you need any recommendations, just message us through the platform. We will provide a phone number, just in case of emergency.

Please, keep in mind that the flat is on the 3rd floor without an elevator.
