The apartment's layout consists of 1 bedroom, a common area (living room and kitchen combined), one balcony, and one bathroom.

The common area provides:
• comfortable sofa (suitable for 1 person)

• exit to balcony

The kitchen is equipped with:
• dining area (kitchen table for 4)
• fridge, oven and stoves
• kettle, toaster and coffee machine (Dolce Gusto with capsules)
• dishwasher

The bedroom has:
• comfortable queen-sized bed
• wardrobe
• window curtains
• AC
• night stands with lights and nearby sokets
• exit to balcony

• shower cabin
• washing machine and dryer
• sink with mirror
• toilet

The terrace offers two chairs and a table.

Guest access

You will have access to the whole apartment.

• There's an underground parking spot or outside parking provided for 20 BGN per day.
• The apartment is supplied with bed linens,
bath towels, and hotel cosmetics. No beach or pool towels are provided.
• Apartment located on the 5th floor, with an elevator or steps.
• Baby crib is available upon request, with an extra charge of 20€ / stay
• Perfect location in a brand new building.
• The pool has free access for our guests, but it's seasonal. It is open from June until the end of September.
