The space

THE APARTMENT has three Air Conditioners installed which are used for both Heating and Cooling - in the living room, the bedroom and the kitchen. All windows are shuttered for full privacy and comfort.

THE LIVING ROOM has:
• a very chic and elegant design and natural light;
• extremely cosy sitting area including couch, armchairs and a coffee table;
• TV with Cable TV, and a Sound System;
• access to balcony with city view.

On the right side of the room, you'll find the sleeping area with:
• a comfortable double bed;
• storage space;
• working desk.

MASTER BEDROOM is decorated in simple and fresh colours. There is:
• a double 160 x 200cm bed;
• a tricyclic wardrobe;
• iron.

A fully-equipped KITCHEN:
• microwave, fridge, hot plates, oven, stove,
• dishwasher, washing machine,
• cooking basics, kettle, toaster, coffee machine,
• access to another balcony.

BATHROOM + WC in one - curtained bath tub with a mobile shower and a hairdryer in the bathroom cabinet.

Guest access

Guests have the whole apartment at their disposal - corridor, living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom + WC, balcony.
