Flataway Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

1.1 Purpose:

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Flataway Affiliate Program (“Program”). By participating, you agree to these Terms.

1.2 Acceptance:

You indicate your acceptance of these Terms by checking the agreement box on the Flataway platform or by participating in the Program.

2. Program Participation

2.1 Eligibility:

Participation in the Program is open to individuals and entities interested in promoting Flataway services. Approval is subject to Flataway’s sole discretion.

2.2 Responsibilities:

As an Affiliate, you agree to promote Flataway’s bundles and subscription plans using the discount code provided, ensuring all promotions are truthful and not misleading.

2.3 Code of Conduct:

You shall conduct all Program activities in a professional manner, upholding Flataway’s reputation and brand values.

3. Affiliate Discount Codes and Promotions

3.1 Use of Discount Codes:

You will receive a unique discount code to share with your audience. The code offers a specified discount off the first payment for any bundle or subscription plan booked through Flataway.

3.2 Promotion Restrictions:

You are encouraged to promote your discount code through various channels but must not engage in spamming or any form of misleading advertising.

4. Commission Structure

4.1 Earnings:

Commissions are structured to incentivize high performance, with increasing rates based on the number of sales generated:

• Up to 10 sales: EUR 50/month
• 11 to 25 sales: EUR 75/month
• 26 to 50 sales: EUR 100/month
• More than 51 sales: Custom arrangements will be discussed.

4.2 Payment Schedule:

Commissions are paid 30-45 days after the guest’s check-in, via bank transfer, subject to a minimum payment amount of EUR 100.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Brand Use:

You may use Flataway branding and marketing materials provided by Flataway for the purpose of promoting the affiliate code, adhering to Flataway’s branding guidelines.

6. Additional Terms

6.1 Cancellations:

If a plan or bundle is canceled, you will receive a commission until the last day the guest has stayed in the accommodation, according to our cancellation policy.

6.2 Monthly Reporting:

You will receive a monthly report detailing the number of inquiries made using your code and the number of bundles and plans sold.

7. Termination and Modification

7.1 Termination:

Either party may terminate participation in the Program with written notice.

7.2 Modifications:

Flataway reserves the right to modify these Terms or the Program mechanics with prior notice.

8. Legal and Liability

8.1 Indemnification:

You agree to indemnify Flataway against any claims arising from your promotional activities, except for claims resulting from Flataway’s own negligence or misconduct.

9. Data Protection

9.1 Affiliate Data Use:

Your personal data, including name and contact information, will be used by Flataway solely for the purpose of administering the Program and payments.

10. General Provisions

10.1 Governing Law:

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Flataway operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10.2 Acceptance:

By participating in the Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
