The space

The building is new and very well maintained. The space consists of a spacious living room and an open-plan kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a terrace!

The living room features:
• large leather couch;
• coffee table;
• TV with cable channels;
• air conditioner;
• dining table with chairs for 4.

The kitchen is connected to the living room and is fully equipped. It provides:
• fridge, oven and stoves;
• microwave and dishwasher;
• electric kettle and coffee machine;
• washing machine.

From the living room you will have access to the nice terrace that has 2 wooden chairs and a table (suitable for smokers). It overlooks the quiet inner garden and the outside pool.

The master bedroom boasts wooden furniture consisting of:
• comfortable queen-size bed;
• wardrobe;
• blackout curtains;
• air conditioner.

The second bedroom features:
• smaller double bed;
• wardrobes;
• air conditioner.

The space comes with a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet.

Guest access

The whole apartment will be available at your disposal. Playground and Pool in the garden of the complex are shared with other people.
