The space

The layout consists of a living room with a kitchen and a dining area, a bedroom, bathroom and a balcony! The walls are painted with anti-bacterial Dulux paints.

The living room features:
• sofa and stool, which you can combine and create a sofa bed;
• coffee table;
• TV with cable;
• air conditioner;
• dining area with a table and chairs for 4.
From the living room you can access the balcony.

The kitchen is fully equipped with:
• fridge, oven and stoves;
• coffee machine and kettle;
• dishwasher;
• toaster.

The bedroom welcomes you with:
• king size boxmaster bed with high quality mattress with memory foam;
• wardrobe;
• air conditioner;
• access to the balcony.

The large bathroom is fully equipped with a lot of lightning, a big shower and a washing machine.

Guest access

The whole apartment is at your disposal. You can have also a storage room in the basement if needed.
