The space

The villa's layout consists of 6 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 kitchens, 4 bathrooms, 1 outside toilet, pool & jacuzzi, Summer kitchen with BBQ and a playground.

~2 living rooms and 2 kitchens in the house:

Both of the kitchen are fully equipped:
• Dishwashers
• Oven & Stove
• Microwave
• Fridge
• Coffee machine & Kettle

Living rooms:
• Dining tables with chairs
• Large Couches
• TV

~ The 6 Bedrooms (with AC):
• 1x bedroom with king-size bed
• 1x bedroom with 2 single beds that can be put together.
• 2x bedrooms with queen-size beds
• 2x bedrooms with double beds


~ The 4 bathrooms (in the house):
3 x showers + toilet
1 x bath tube + toilet

OUTSIDE FACILITIES::

• 1 WC near the pool
• Lounges around the swimming pool
• Swimming pool (100m², 1,65m deep, not heated)
• Jacuzzi (4 to 6 people)
• BBQ with dining table and 6 chairs (Summer kitchen)
• Playground (swing set)

On POOL level you can find:

• King size bedroom with French fireplace & AC - (Wagner)
• Small but cozy bedroom with 2 single beds & AC - (Haydn)
• Both rooms share a big family bathroom with a shower
• Modern kitchen equipped with all necessary appliances
• TV lounge next to the kitchen (Smart TV or pick a DVD or Blu-Ray from our large library.


On MAIN level you can find:

• Large living room with sea view, fireplace, piano, couch with Smart TV, dining area.
• 1 bedroom with queen-size bed + AC
• 1 bathroom with shower and washing machine


On the UPPER level you can find:

• 3 bedrooms (with AC) - Bach, Mozart & Beethoven
Room Bach boasts its own large balcony with spectacular sea view.
Room Mozart has a mini balcony.
Room Beethoven features a view of the neighboring forest.
• A walk-in closet provides additional space for your wardrobe.
• Two separate bathrooms : (1x shower + 1x bath)

Guest access

You will have access to the whole property!

*The only exception is the "Jazz club" (№8 on the Pool Level visualization) which won't be available for guests.

Other things to note

• Parking is available.
• The property is supplied with bed linens, towels, and hotel cosmetics.
• The villa is on 3 levels accessible by steps.
• Baby crib is available upon request for an extra charge of 20€ / stay
• The "Jazz Club" is not available for guests due to training purposes. The room will not be shared or used during your stay, though.
• A fee of 10 euros will be charged for check-ins after 22:00 h!
